The Quality Label VTC-GR “FF-EVTC” is reserved for virtuous VTC companies, providing high quality services.
We are committed to respect the Quality Label’s objectives :
– Offer more visibility to the customer about the quality of services provided,
– Identify national providers who are able to offer a complete service to the customer in accordance with the quality criteria,
– Respect the provisions laid down in the Quality Charter and controlled by third parties,
– Enhance the VTC-GR GRANDE REMISE companies serving customers.
We are committed to respect the triple challenge of Quality Label :
– Improve the customer reception (Tourists and Business Tourism …)
– Develop the image, the awareness and sales for all players in the sector of transport with driver,
– Safeguard and upgrade the quality of the ex-Grandes Remises services.
With the VTC Quality Label, the customer is assured of having a great service VTC set up and controlled by the French Federation.
