Share the right arrival references
For a private aircraft, provide its registration, arrival airport and the contact responsible for the welcome arrangements. For a scheduled flight, the flight number is the appropriate reference. Excellence monitors delays to adapt the pickup. Please also tell us about a change of airport or itinerary.
Agree a clear meeting point
Pickup arrangements depend on the airport, terminal and local permissions. A photograph taken beside an aircraft does not promise airside access for every journey. The actual meeting point is confirmed according to the arrival arrangements. We do not identify the airport in this photograph as Courchevel: the original post referred to the destination of the stay.
Prepare the onward Alpine journey
Passenger numbers, luggage and ski equipment help us consider a suitable vehicle or combination of vehicles. For the chalet or hotel, share the complete address and, with permission, a useful contact for arrival. Journeys during the stay can then be discussed as part of the programme, subject to the arrangements confirmed in your quotation.
