An S-Class outside the Carlton, moments before the next journey. Our post of 14 February 2020 captures a simple part of the chauffeur’s work: preparing an arrival so that a guest can settle into their stay from the very beginning.

Plan the final part of the journey
In Cannes, an address alone does not always describe the best arrival point. The hotel entrance, expected arrival time and suitable drop-off area all matter. During a congress or event, access arrangements and traffic can change. Sharing your hotel and programme helps us prepare the journey without assuming that travel time will be the same at every hour.
One transfer or a day of appointments?
An airport arrival and a full day of movements call for different arrangements. For a single transfer, provide your flight details, passenger numbers and luggage. If you are moving between a hotel, meetings and dinner, identify the fixed appointments and the stops you would like to include. A chauffeur at your disposal can then be considered for the agreed programme.
The details to share before travelling
Send your flight number, a contact number that will work on arrival, any child-seat requirements and details of bulky luggage. Excellence monitors flight delays to adapt the pickup. The meeting point and return arrangements should be agreed before travel. The photograph shows an S-Class from our 2020 collection; our Vehicles pages describe today’s services.
