Quote enquiries: retention and recipients

If you do not proceed with your quote enquiry, we retain the data from that enquiry for a maximum of six months.

To handle your enquiry and organise your journey, your contact details are accessible only to our internal team and, when a partner chauffeur provides the service, to that partner chauffeur. The website’s technical service providers and measurement tools are described separately below.

Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

Your data rights. You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data and, where applicable, object to processing or request portability. You may withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent. To exercise your rights with SARL AZUR COM, email contact@excellence-limousines.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Analytics and advertising measurement. The Excellence Limousines website is published by SARL AZUR COM. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website usage and contact actions. Separately, you may allow measurement of our Google Ads campaigns to connect a visit or quote enquiry to an advertisement and assess its effectiveness.

Two independent choices. The banner lets you decline all purposes, accept all purposes or choose website analytics and advertising measurement separately. Neither choice is required to browse the website, request a quote or contact us. The Google tools in this setup are not loaded until you accept at least one of these purposes. Accepting analytics alone does not authorise advertising measurement. If you accept advertising measurement only, technical signals needed for that measurement may be sent to Google without permission for analytics cookies.

Measurement data. Depending on your choice, Google receives technical information about navigation, pages and actions, such as a contact click or confirmation that a form has been sent. When advertising measurement is accepted, technical click or campaign identifiers and selected non-personal advertising parameters may remain in measured addresses and pass between pages on our website. Our measurement module does not send Google the name, email address, telephone number, detailed journey or message entered in forms. We process that information separately to respond to your enquiry. A WhatsApp or telephone click is not counted as a booking.

Your choice and withdrawal. The notice offers two actions: “Accept all” allows website analytics and measurement of our Google advertising; “Decline all” disables both purposes. “Customise” lets you choose each purpose separately. Consent to these cookies is separate from acceptance of our terms and conditions. Your acceptance or refusal is saved in this browser for 180 days. You can change it at any time using the “Privacy and cookies” button in the footer, then save your new choices or select “Decline all”. Withdrawal applies to the relevant purpose: our module stops the corresponding new events and removes cookies it can delete on this domain. It does not retrospectively delete data already processed. Your choice applies to this browser and is not synchronised across your other devices.

Cookies and technical access. The analytics cookies used by this integration, including _ga and _ga_PC218LBR3Z, have a configured lifetime of 180 days. Your consent choice is stored separately in browser local storage. When accepted, advertising measurement may use Google’s technical attribution mechanisms. Technologies strictly necessary for website operation, security and remembering your choice are separate from these optional measurements.

Retention of measurement data. In our Google Analytics property, retention is set to 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. The user-data retention period restarts when that user has new activity. These settings apply to the corresponding detailed data; they do not determine the retention of standard aggregated reports. Information processed by Google Ads follows that service’s rules. These periods are separate from the 180 days for which your choice is saved in the browser.

Recipients and no remarketing. Measurement information is processed by SARL AZUR COM and Google through Google Analytics and Google Ads, according to the purposes you accept. See Google’s explanation of information received from partner websites and its privacy policy. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled in this setup. This module does not activate the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API or remarketing on Facebook or Instagram.

Website security — Wordfence

We use Wordfence, provided by Defiant, Inc., to detect and block attacks and abusive access. These checks may process personal data: IP address, requested URL, browser information and, depending on the event, request headers or content.

The local traffic log is configured to record security-related events. Its limits are set to 30 days and 2,000 entries, with daily cleanup scheduled for older events. These limits apply to this local log.

Some data may be sent to Defiant and processed, including in the United States, to provide its security services.
